Farm Bureau Excellence Award

Nancy and Jim Ollis (center and right) receive an award for being named the second runners-up in the SC Farm Bureau Excellence in Agriculture Award.

Phil Love, Executive Vice President of SCFB Insurance Companies (left), presented the award during the SC Farm Bureau Federation’s 62nd Annual Meeting held recently in Myrtle Beach. As runners-up, Nancy and Jim received $300 in cash, compliments of the Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company.

The Excellence in Agriculture Award recognizes young farmers and ranchers who do not derive the majority of their income from an owned agricultural operation, but who actively contribute to agriculture and Farm Bureau.

South Carolina Farm Bureau is a membership organization that works to promote agriculture and rural lifestyles throughout the state.
