South Carolina Farm Bureau women will gather in beautiful Florence, SC for this year's Women's Leadership Conference. Inspiring speakers, educational tours plus great food and fellowship promise to make this year's conference one of our best yet. Tuesday evening's banquet will feature a Parade of Hats and a "Scarlett O-Hatters" contest for the most creative hats.

Call for vendors...It's an all new Farm Supply Show held in conjunction with SC Farm Bureau's Annual Meeting, the largest gathering of family farmers in South Carolina, December 4-6, 2008 at Myrtle Beach. Now taking reservations for 50 vendor spaces (8 x 10 ft.) First come, first served. Contact Melanie Moulder or call 1-866-FB Member for prices and information. This will be a tremendous trade show opportunity for sellers of fertilizer, pest management products, seed, farm implements, tractors, and other items. South Carolina Ladies and Gents Love to  Cook! is the title of a cookbook from the SC Farm Bureau Women's Committee.  Over 600 mouth-watering recipes from across the state are included in this hardback, concealed wire cookbook.  The book also includes interesting agricultural facts throughout.
   
Proceeds from the sale of cookbooks will be used to fund Education in AG-tion! projects to promote the awareness and recognition of the importance of our food and fiber sources.
